Thread: too much hone wear?

when is a razor on its last legs? how much hone wear is too much? i have been trying to get my theirs issard razor sharp, and nothing did it, a long time later, and lots of metal shaved off the spine I'm left with a meh razor. why would i practice honing on such an expensive razor? dont ask
