Default What type of razor is this?

I bought this razor a while back. It only has the number 11 stamped on it. Anyone know anything about this thing?

not all razors are well marked. There are several reasons for it, but it always come back to it is really hard to tell now. They are usually really inexpensive and can be one of many really great shavers, or not. All I can tell you (I'm no expert) is that it looks vintage and as with many vintage razors should shave well once honed.
It's not what you know, it's who you take fishing!

It's actually my favorite razor! This is why I'm trying to figure out what razor it is.

Plus one for this - my first thought was a Kropp, which are good shavers. Plus the company was known for supplying unmarked razors to retailers for their own markings.

Unfortunately we'll probably never find out what it is. My guess is that it's from one of the generic Germany makers. Probably not Solingen in origin but still a quality razor.
