The mint condition one...
...But, where are you planning to send it? Don't send it to a knife sharpener. He'll most likely turn your straight razor into a letter opener. Have a look in the classifieds on this site to find a bonafide straight razor honmeister.
Have fun.Tallow soap is good cholesterol

Take a look in the Classifieds: Member Services. Member Services - Straight Razor Place Classifieds These are members of SRP who know what they are doing and are more than willing to talk you through the first steps.
BTW, kudos on getting your razor professionally honed. It make a huge difference and is something that man newer members overlook.
Best of luck and let us know how it goes! The older I get the more I realize how little I actually know.

If you were planning on sending one razor to the place near you for $35, you can find someone in the classifieds to do both for you around the same price. More importantly, you would be sending them to a honemeister, which is crucial.

Thanked: 1936It cannot be stated enough: DO NOT LET ANYONE HONE THAT RAZOR UNLESS THEY ARE A STRAIGHT RAZOR USER. I'm not sure where you are from, but you should be just fine using anyone from here: Member Services - Straight Razor Place Classifieds

The second smartest thing new members can do after finding SRP is to put their location into their profile, it really really helps us narrow down the answers to the help you need ...

There's the gentleman's den in Toronto and the Classic Edge...I'd advise, for speed of turn around, Val at the Gentleman's Den, he does all mine and I get them back quickly and beautifully done.
Just remember, if you send anything across the border, you could get dinged for customs duty, which happened to me after sending some razors across the border. They showed up, and the post wanted $60.00 for customs duty, even though there was no purchase of anything, they just screwed me over the value of the blades. That was a bitter lesson to learn...
