    Default Hart

I ordered my Hart SR last week. I was hoping it would be in the mail but to my surprise classic shaving called me to ask about the scales I selected. They asked me detailed questions about the grain of the wood I selected (uniformity of them). Does anyone have any experiance with them? I thought that was pretty cool they called before making a decision.

Classic Shaving is the original on-line shave supply outfit. The founder used to be a member here though he passed several years ago. His family still runs the company.

They're a great vendor and easy to do business with. I never thought about this, but anymore it seems like any online vendor outside of the straight razor world that I buy from simply wants the money..except razor vendors. Sure they are in it to make a living, but they care about the customer and pride themselves on customer service. This here my friends must be the scientific explanation for very acquisition disorder I have. I like good customer service, therefore I purchase razor supplies!

My experience has been a little different. I sent them an email on Nov 4th of last year about a razor I felt May have some issues. I'm still waiting for a response.

Heespharm it is lighter on one side. That is what the lady called me about and I told her to go ahead. I love it. I haven't seen one like it yet. I am glad you like it...I didn't think anyone else would. Thanks!
