I may be mistaken but I do not believe that is a Damascus razor but etched. Look at how it is missing where the lettering is. I am having a hard time telling from the pictures or being able to read what is written on the scales.
I made a new thread in the shaving equipment, razors forum... The pictures aren't better but I write down everything the razor says
