Almost looks Hebrew!
Kidding! Could be a dialect and/or style for the country intended. Older than WWII I think! Does it say anything on the obverse tang?

Like I said to Bouschie no other markings whatsoever
Pre WW2 would be impressive due to the condition is awesome. I got it off ebay from a guy down under and the price was pretty good. I need to have it honed to get it ready and a strop is on the way!

It seems a bit of a stretch, but John Finnis and razor do have a connection.

"Upon conception, the entity possesses the "epigenetic primordia" that gives it the potential to develop into a human being. To draw a line in any stage of its development would result in an unnecessary mess of multifarious entities, which would lead to unnecessary complications that ought to be shaved off immediately by Occam's Razor.
