I get almost as much enjoyment out of finding out the history of a razor as I do restoring one, however his razor is proving to be a bit of a mystery. I can not get anything from the name "Cesaire Boulanger" but I am hoping that someone out there may recognize it, or maybe the razor's quite distinctive shape will give someone a clue. This razor restored well and gives a great shave. The indented lower jimps make it a joy to strop but I would love to know a little about its history.
    Thanks in anticipation.

I'm afraid I don't know a thing about it other than that is a beautiful blade!

It was in original condition, faded red, well-worn, but nice.
This was and still is my favorite combination; beautiful, original, and worn.
