Definitely Revitt & Hull.
The partnership was formed in 1842, advertised in 1845, and bankrupt by 1848. So that's a nice, narrow window of production!
It's an absolutely beautiful razor.
The one I have is a really unusual grind. The blade is very thick at the spine, which makes it noticeably heavier than other razors of its size.-Zak Jarvis. Writer. Artist. Bon vivant.
