You're lucky you got any sort of a response from them. I emailed them about factory bevels on my knives 3 months ago and haven't heard anything back from them.

At the time in Germany the set was sold at 275 euros. If you are seriously interested I am willing to mail Zwilling and see if they are willing to send it to Holland. If so I can forward it to you. FYI, I grew up in a Dutch community in Iowa. I'm one of the few that can pronounce Dutch names where I work!

There's two sets available at Zwilling in the Hague, which is 3 hours' drive from where I live. 275 euros each set.
