Thread: 7 day sets

Does anybody know a quality modern day razor company that's making 7 days sets?? Besides dovo..?? or a good source for a nice vintage seven day set..I'm willing to pay as long as it's worth it..do guys really shave every day?? My face would b so raw....?? Lol.

Thiers issard make a 7 day set I think there is a waiting list for them.

I don't shave every day, about 3 times a week. ATM I'm building my own 7 day set out of vintage Bismarck razors. I'm currently up to 4 of 7.

Yes I shave 7 days a week - or maybe you were asking in jest...
I like the thought of the 7 day set.
But I like to mix it up too much I think.

I think I would need several seven day sets.
Hart Steel 7 Day Set, Black 6/8 Razors, Polished, Round Point
I have a vintage set but I have only used one razor once, it's pretty pristine. I have several razors that I have only used once, I have too many rotating already and they all get a go when they first arrive. The concept is awesome, I just have RAD.

I think, from sets I've observed over the years, that they were given as gifts. I've seen a few really old sets that were kept pristine and never used. Others that only had one, maybe two of the razors that had seen use. They were always kind of pricey if you consider the wages compared to prices of the time.

Wacker makes them, sold min last year.

I've got one and it is a good razor but seven would be too much of a good thing for me ...... YMMV .....

Good news for, you. Your face would not feel a thing if your edge is properly sharpened and properly stropped. Check into that.

Okay I'll say it ..... Copper why don't you build your own 7 day set ? I did and use 1 each day. Now I don't go for BBS everyday but I get a dfs every morning. If you don't shave everyday I wouldn't think you would need the days written on them. If your looking for a collection piece I would say yes that matters. Then again if you group the right razors together bada bing :<0)


and yeah if you get raw face your doing something wrong
