    My portion of the evening grounded things solidly in the every-day experience. From there it got very weird, though not played for laughs as much as pure surreality. Which I didn't know it would do going into it.

    I can't help thinking the evening would've been even better if I could've done the shave with a razor whose tang was decorated to look like a fish.

    Seriously, a lot of lives would have turned the corner towards Happytown if they had a fish on their tang.
