when you do let me know! im in awe, iv had this blade quite awhile, had tried to find info several times before, just getting around to fixing her up and thought id see what others could dig up. I wish I had sooner.
Manah- my first inkling was 1850-s ish, you wouldn't have any other info that might suggest how long middleton jr might have continued on after papas death? or a better insightful eye to the details and styling that im probably misjudging?

But in 1895 William Middleton & Co. had office/store in London on 4 Edmond's Place, Shepherdess Walk. And this information is enough, because your blade was made before 1891.
So, the blade was made after 1841 and before 1891.
My opinion, the blade was made at 1850s, a bit plus or minus.
