Thanked: 169Can anyone ID some of the stamps on this Kamisori?
Just won this one for a nice price given the overall wear. Excited to finally try one of these.

Thanked: 603The one next to the spine says "tape before honing".
I don't know about the next two (top to bottom)
The third one is a biohazard sign... I think it means "disinfect before/after use".
Don't know about the fourth one.
The bottom one is either the "Home" icon, or an arrow, meaning "point that end away from you!"You can have everything, and still not have enough.
I'd give it all up, for just a little more.

If no own IDs it by tomorrow shoot a PM with a link to the thread to mainaman. Stefan is pretty up on Japanese razors and their nomenclature.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

Thanked: 169Thank you for that! For sub $70 to my door, I am ecstatic given the low wear.
