Pix,
They had belonged to the seller's grandfather and they had sat in storage unused for decades. The seller himself was around 75 years old, so the razors must have been purchased by the grandfather sometimes around the turn of the last century. As you know, many of these great old razors came in horn, wood and ivory scales originally. Mine are in ivory and I can only assume the scales are original.
