Nice razor.
The finish on the JR should be mirrored. The stamps should be left black. I've not seen any JR with paint or wash in the stamps.
The scales are going to be a harder item to replace.
They look like black horn, with a mother of pearl inlay and some detailing round the inlay. The pins should be brass with small washers like the toe pin. The wedge should be lead.
