I like square point razors .. They force me to stay alert!
When I ordered my modern Revisor, an 024, they were out of stock at the time, and were beginning a new run. When the time came, Herr Kronenburg sent me a note asking how I would like the point finished. I requested it be left dead square, that was how it was delivered, and that is how it remains to this day. It's a great shaver..
Since I'm not as young as I used to be, I have some "loose skin" under my jaw line ... I suppose it could be called a "double chin," but I prefer "loose skin!" Couple this with the fact that a misspent youth cause me to fracture and dislocate both elbows and one shoulder, not to mention one knee, and my skin stretching abilities are less than optimal.
Sooooo, from time to time, if my mind tends to wander, as it is wont to do, that dead sharp spike with catch a piece of "loose skin," with predictable results.
There you have it ... If there is a biter in the kennel, it is this Revisor, but, I asked for it, and I will never mute it!!

No real "biters" to speak of (though I did have a Wacker 1/4 hollow Spanish Point that just seemed to genuinely dislike me), but I have noticed if I do get bitten, it's usually right at the end of my shave, if I start to get complacent.
!! Enjoy the exquisite taste sharpening sharpening taste exquisite smooth. Please taste the taste enough to ride cutlery.

A year later - go figure. The Schaefer Rapid Shave has matured and given up biting. It has learned a lot.
