What is your favorite Razor
I haven't been using a straight long enough to really pick just one razor. I know I like the heaver blades even though I get good shave with the hollow ground blades. I don't have as many different brands or sizes or grinds as a lot of you folks out there so just what is your favorite blade . now don't say the one that was handed down from great, great granddad or the one given to you by a dear friend. were talking about the one that hones the best and gives the great shave time after time . Now I know this is a loaded question and it's solely up to the individual for what ever the reason. I have one or two that just feel good in my hand. and that may be the deciding factor. It might be interesting to hear from the members here.

It's easier to say what is my least favorite razor. Really, all my 5/8s and 6/8s are my favorites. I don't think I could pick one that really stands out above the others. They all give me great shaves and I would never give one the nod because of looks. It's what's up front that counts for me.

Generally, my favorite razor is the one I happen to be using at the time.

That would be two for me, different beasts, so each stands on it's own.

I tend towards big Smilin' Sheffields, and my best and smoothest shaver is my Frederick Reynolds.
