Thanked: 4830I like to think of it like buying art. Everyone has their own personal style, or flair. Take a look at what the makers do on their own, look at the style. Then ask one of them to make you one and keep the perimeters rather loose. Let them cook something up and go with the flow of their artistic juices. Just my thought on the process. I'd like something with a 1850's tail, folder, with a french point and a sway back, 1/4ish hollow. Let the chips fall where they may.
