Thread: Nem Kamisori straight from Japan

Hello Gents.

Just got back from Japan, where I purchased a kamisori at the Hayakawa Hamono store that has already been referred here.

I've been trying to identify the brand of the razor, but so far I've had no success, so I'd appreciate your expert opinion.

No idea what brand, but a very nice razor!

Love it. Great find. If I ever make it to Japan I'll definitely look for one.

The ebay seller has an interesting mix of items for auction/bin.

It's a great little razor, and seems the same as that of the OP. If you can post the maker's Kanji stamp I can confirm that.

Which label? The red "stamp" inside the wooden box?

No, on the blade. On one side you can see some characters stamped into the steel. Post a pic of that.
