    Edit: yes i know now the picture is sideways, so pingu is the right way up, but the writing on the screen evidences the orientation of the bird in relation to the generally accepted vertical.

    Here's a MOP covered tang AJ Jordan that was made in Germany.




    Haven't honed it, but I suspect it's a good razor.

    Zozo, the metal stand you are resting your razor on is very interesting. Did you borrow it from some other piece of furniture, just for the photo? Where did you get that? (I think I want to make a razor stand for my own razor by bending a wire clothes hanger to the required shape and snipping off unwanted wire.)

    coathanger wire works pretty well, making a loop for the tang is handy too, if i can find a piccie of mine i will post it.
