Just got this and did a light cleaning. Have not seen a Boker with these markings. The blade is 13/16 with jimps on the bottom. The blade is etched with "Silber Steel" flanked on either side with the Boker tree surmounted with "trade mark". Beneath that "extra hollow ground warranted" Excuse the poor photos.

The tang has the Boker tree stamp and "H. BOKER & Co" with the word "ring" under it on the show side. Nothing stamped on the reverse side. Nowhere on the blade is stamped the country of origin.

It has very nice ivory colured scales, not yellow as in the photo, with the words "Bokers Brand" seperated by the Boker tree.

Am I correct in thinking it is pre 1891 as it has no country of origin? Thanks for any help you can give.

Bob
