This is my first post here -- but I picked up this razor from an antique shop today, and wonder if anyone can give me any info about the maker and approximate date? The blade is around 6/8, and, if not an actual wedge, it's close.

I just thought it was a cool razor for a good price, but when I tried to find info on it, I think it might a be a cool OLD razor.

If it's as cool as I think, I don't want to try to hone it, so I may need to find someone who can make it into a shaver.

Can anybody shed any light on how old this might be?
