    Default Help me please!

can someone please help me id this razor, its driving me CRAZY!!! I had tucked the razor away for a month or two after my last head scratch at it but figured its time to seek professional help.

it looks like the top line reads Charles something
second line (Union or Universal????) Shaving
and third line reads Razor Warranted.
I cant for the life of me figure out the last bit of the makers name nor the first part of the second line. The blade has a frosted etch that reads "Fine India Steel." I absolutely love the lines and shape of this razor, the roughed out shape of the blank would have been incredibly simple but resulted in very pleasing lines if you ask me. that speaks volumes for designing razors.
    ANY HELP IS MUCH APPRECIATED.

Charles Jackson Unique Shaving Razor Warranted
I Googled that & there is some information there on it. Not much but enough to prove that, that is what it says. Maybe late 1700's or at least early 1800's.
