Thread: Help with this pipe razor

Anyone tell me when it was made? Found it yesterday for 20 bucks and looks really beat. Did some research but can't find anything on pipe razor dates of manufacturing. I looked at the wiki here and didn't come up with a while.lot either. I know it isn't rare and the etching on the blade is very very faint.
