Difficult to tell much from those pics. Can you post some of the blade itself and the tang markings?

Is there a country of manufacturer? If it came from an area know for good cutlery and you are happy with the price grab it.

for something that looks like it should be either new or new old stock that heal looks pretty rough. Are you able to judge the overall fit and finish?

This razor might be some cheap Chinese Knockoff, or it could perhaps be a Thiers Issard.

TI still carries a limited edition Sabatier "Bucephal" line of razors with a "Flying Horse" trademark.

    See THIERS-ISSARD SABATIER

The razor you showed has a different image of the horse than the TIs that is are currently sold. I wonder if TI has held this trademark for a long time, and your razor is an old "Flying Horse"?

I wish it was the Theirs-Issard, the ones I saw online made this one look very weak. Rez it seems to be fairly cheap, I believe it is NOS but on the low end.

I like that one a LOT more than the Flying Horse.

The spine on the horse razor looks funky and I can't find anything anywhere on it.
