Thread: Question

SRD order says shipped but no tracking number. Is this normal for the free shipping they offer, or has the package not actually shipped yet and is just waiting to be shipped? Sorry if this is posted in the wrong place.

Ron, welcome to the forum. You really need to talk to SRD via their email or perhaps give them a phone call during business hours. They are the only ones who can give you a direct answer.

Yeah I figured that was my only option! Lol! Ive just never had a package say shipped and not recieved a tracking number. Im not worried just anxious to see my new razor!

I've noted that SRD does not automatically provide a tracking number with shipped orders, they just miraculously appear on your door step.

Dang, I've been waiting for that miracle but just realized that I never actually placed the order.

Man im sorry I didnt update this. Im slacking! I wrote them and immediately they sent the tracking number. Great service by the way! I was just trying to find out if I would recieve it next week or this weekend is all. Sure enough looks like tomorrow is the day I will have her in my hands.

Any time you have a question or concern with SRD all you need to do is contact them, they are some mighty fine folks to deal with.

I agree with you brother. The razor will be here today. Out for delivery. Thats three days from them all the way here to AZ. Very good service. Lol! Oh that time frame includes the day they shipped it out.

I have a different question: I can't figure out what a "wedge" is, or what it means when one says a razor is wedge-less. Does it have to do with the hollow or lack thereof?

Wedge can be two things: the shape of the blade or the tiny sliver of material keeping the scales apart. Wedge-less would indicate that the scale don't have a tiny sliver of material keeping them apart. See this in the wiki.
