    Default Wacker Razors

What is your general opinion of Wacker razors? Are they good quality razors? I saw one new on a website and am considering it but don't know much about them. It is a very nice looking razor. Thanks in advance.

They are very nice razors in my opinion. If you do not hone your own razors, make sure you get it honed by someone who knows what they're doing.

I have one and it's a great shaver. Getting it honed by the seller depends on what site you saw it, IMHO.

The two I have are as good as any Solingen razor I've had, and better than a lot of them. The guy made them for 60+ years so .......
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

Good enough that I have 4 or 5 of them. I have a round point wedge that is one of the best shavers in my 60 or so razor rotation. John over at shavingshop.com usually has a very diversified selection of Whackers.

I like mine. Well made. A little lighter than some of my others on the same size but shave is very nice.

I had one and quite liked it. I sold it when I was trying to reduce the size of my collection. I miss it now and I reckon I'll end up picking up another one before too long.

Very nice in my experience, but i find that they stain easily with my water, unless coated with renaissance wax.

Ditto on the staining and rusting. I take extreme care to dry mine and keep it in a silicon sack-up.
