Impulse buy...or RAD takes another turn...
So I've been really good as far as keeping my costs down. My main razor is one that I bought (and forgot about) several years ago, and recently got it honed. I've bought a few on that auction site, mainly to learn about cleaning up, and honing myself (I learned a LOT at the KC meet recently). I figured I could buy a few old razors, clean them up and sell them, thereby making a couple bucks here and there in order to make the hobby pay for itself (or at least pitch in and help out a bit).
Then today it happened...
Was online looking at various straight razors (big surprise I know) and found this beauty on sale.
I couldn't resist and hit that little "Add to Cart" button.
I tell myself that I need a new one for my main shaver while I perfect my cleaning up and honing skills on the older ones. Anyway, I think I got a decent deal on this one...and it sure is a beauty!Jeff

Well, that seems pretty much gorgeous. I have a cure for your RAD -- simply send me your money. Your impulse-buying days will be over and you'll feel good about yourself because you helped out an old fat man.
Don't get hung up on hanging hairs.
