Is this cell rot?
I picked up these off ebay and on closer inspection i am not sure if they have cell rot.
Can anyone help? i am yet to encounter cell rot so i don't know exactly what i am looking for.
Cheers

Can't see anything on the blades to indicate cell rot, but the pics aren't the best.
Is there a "line of rust" on the steel ?

Cell rot shows up as corrosion on the blade due to the off gassing of acid. Either a fairly defined area coinciding with the portion of the blade "covered" by the scales when closed or in the case of multi-colored scales, the corrosion on the blade can coincide with the pattern of the colors.
The easy road is rarely rewarding.
