Daekkon my friend, that is clearly a East Coast blade and it will not feel at home in Oregon! It is bad juju to kidnap any W&B (7/8 and over) and make it live in a new time zone ! Please, I urge you promptly send it to me along with proper adoption fee. I am positive I can find it a new and proper home where it can feel safe.

This was a rather generic WB, but exceptional in the condition of its finish - it looks to be all-original polish. If this is the case please keep it that way.

Nice Old Greg picture, by the way.

Think a little bit of Maas would hurt it?

MAAS or similar polish will just make it prettier

Buffing or sanding, on the other hand, would be harsh.
