Well, he lives in the north, over 6ft tall... that picture on his avatar is from when he got totally drunk in the off-season for 4th of july, normally he's got the complete opposite look with long white hair all over his face. That's why he has no use for that razor.

It's a NOS piece, but has not been stored optimally, so it could use a good cleaning/polishing.
Still it is a full 8/8 with absolutely no hone wear.
