I havn´t figured out how to place pictures on this board.
Could anyone help out a disabled Kraut?

Let me get a grip while I guide you through the picture thing.

If the picture is already on the internet (somewhere....ANYwhere), you can insert it into a post by clicking the little yellow square with the stylized mountains (it's right above the text entry window in the REPLY TO THREAD page). A window will pop up that will allow you to paste the url of the desired image. The easiest way to do it is to:

1) find the picture (using IE7 or Firefox, I do this in a new tab)
2) right click the image and click on 'PROPERTIES'
3) highlight the url (address or location- be sure and get the entire thing!)
4) right click and click COPY
5) click on the SRP tab that you left open
6) click on the INSERT IMAGE icon (the aforementioned stylized mountain thingy)
7 highlight the text entry window and right click PASTE
8) press ENTER and Bob's your uncle.

If the picture isn't already on the internet, then you can either upload it to the Gallery and do the above procedure, or add it as an attachment by clicking the paper clip icon nesxt to the white smiley face above the text entry windo...then click the browse button and navigate on your computer to the image that you want to attach...the image will appear as a small thumbnail at the bottom of your post, and will open in a new window when someone clicks on it.

when you go to your image hoster (Imageshack, in this case), display the image, hover your cursor over the image and right click and select PROPERTIES - highlight and rightclick/copy the ADDRESS (URL) line to paste into the INSERT IMAGE text window.
