Thanked: 2Where to get a razor honed in Europe?
I bought an old victorian straight off ebay last week. Where would you guys recommend getting the razor honed in Europe?
I know it can be done here, Home but it's very expensive at 40 euro + mailing it to them.
Thanks.

Thanked: 55stropshop uk, and the invisible edge uk. Both highly recommended though not used myself

40 euro is a tad more then usual. don't worrie to much about the price thou, more about who you send it to.

Thanked: 129I've used Steve at The Invisible Edge and would have no hesitation in recommending him. He sorted a 7 day set out for me and they all shave impeccably. You may think it's expensive but you get what you pay for.
You could also try Neil Miller at The Strop Shop.
You may be having to pay a little more if your razor needs some restoration as well as putting a shaving edge on your blade. One of the greatest gifts is to impart wisdom through experience.
