    Question Hüsgen & ERN razor???

    I found one of these razors #54 in 5/8 round point in almost NOS condition. I don't know much about them though. Is this a good razor and can anyone give me any information as to when it might have been made or anything else about it? I'm very tempted to buy this one as it's reasonably priced.

    I don't know about "Husgen", but Ern was a real good razor. Condition is everything though. Not to mention price. We don't do appraisals here, but ebay completed items, category 'straight razors', keyword Ern, ought to give you an idea if it is in the ballpark. Photos would help too.
    Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.
