Thanked: 101Here is another!
This is a very heavy duty blade for it's size of 9/16 X 3" . I believe it was a 5/8" before years of use.

Thanked: 101Walter, Thank you. This is one of my favorite St8's. I have been really lucky in my local area finding good razors at great prices. It's interesting finding a St8 that looks like a thorn & turning it into a rose. This spring I hope to get my shop set up in the garage. I need to find a small band saw & a few other tools to start making scales. I also am looking for a low speed 8" bench grinder. I also have some slate window sills I need to get cut up. This slate makes a great fine hone & I have enough to make several hones.
Where is Petersburg IN? I have family in Petersburg IL.
