Thanked: 9I'd try to score an unused Puma 6/8 wedge with a thumb notch and 3-pin scales with Puma logo inlay.
Cheers

5 more $30-40 nothing-special-to-look-at-but-good-shavers so I'd have a razor for every day of the week....
If I had to spend it on one I really like the looks of the "Founder's Razor" on classicshaving and liked the LE TI Egyptian around that price too (sadly that one is no longer there.. discontinued I guess?)

Thanked: 346This was one of the razors made from no-longer-manufactured blanks. I guess TI used up their stash.

Thanked: 0having being bitten by the restoration bug in a big way, i'd have to buy some vintage blades and treat them up!! Maybe some snakewood?!! This doesn't help though, because i guess you mean reay to shave with right?!!
Whick leads you in the direction of buying the restoration dvd, then getting hold of a vintage razor, buying some lovely wood and a few tools, and getting something very personal out off it?!!
let us know what you get!!!

Thanked: 1I'm just curious about what people would buy if they could only have one razor and had $200 to spend.
I could just as easy have said $1000, but the choices are limited up there.
What would you do.
