W&B Celebrated Fine India Steel?
Of course, thanks to the newbie information post, every newbie knows that Pakistani razors are no good. But what about Wade & Butcher razors made with "Celebrated Fine India Steel," like this one (which has apparently recently been recovered from the bottom of some ocean)? Are they better, worse, or the same as the usual Sheffield steel W&Bs?

Those are good razors - if you're going to bid, be sure and factor in the inflated s/h ($11.45 to Idaho!)
...geez....we're not the end of the earth (although, you can see it from here!)...

labor costs and such
Seems to me that at the time W&B was in full swing that England was runnin the show in India and labor cost might have been less.
I would think that steel made under British control would be just as good.
Think it was a labor issue? I've been curios myself about these razors and just sold a W. Greaves that was from India.
Now I kinda wish I had honed it up..... naw.....
