How are DD Wonderedges treated?
I'm a bit curious about it. They were said to be cryogenically treated but what exactly is the process? I know it involves cooling the steel to very low temperatures but do we have any information available about how it was done? I own a Goldedge and I have a Wonderedge on the way. What can I expect to be different about it if anything at all? Anyone care to post their experiences with them? I like the shave I get from my Goldedge. For some reason, it was very harsh coming off the stone and CrOx but a few shaves later and it was dang near my favorite shaver. Thanks!

What I can tell you is the Wonderedge is a lot harder to hone.

I ran across that thread in my search actually. I was just curious if we had any available knowledge to how it was done particularly on the Wonderedges themselves. From blank to finish. A little more in depth about their particular process and how they prevented the steel from cracking and warping. It's quite an interesting topic really.

I have a bunch of DDs including the Wonder and to tell you the truth they all shave the same-great.
