G10 jade ghost would make some really nice scales for a straight razor. Do you plan on using a liner on the back side of the jade ghost? I have seen orange and also blue liners used. They make an interesting color through the scales.
Edited to add; The liners are a custom knife thing and may not work for a razor because of the thickness. Just a thought on my part. Plain looks really nice too and there are several examples on this site.Last edited by LexTac; 02-05-2015 at 11:37 PM.

That's a nice looking blade. When finished it should look a lot like these.
