    Welcome to SRP! Moreton & Foster is listed as an Wholesale Ironmonger in London and others location, in many Directories in early 1800's all the way to 1900 and then some. Seems like they were very involved with importing all over the world. That said your razor was probably made in Sheffield for Moreton & Foster.
