Default Another happy result from ebay rspe7027

For those who enjoy razors with a bit of width, I picked up a MODOSO from dorko 7/8 full hollow ground vintage razor. The renown ebay site of Ron Spencer's rspe7027, continues to offer some excellent razors. My personal liking for razors with a bit of weight and width, seem to pop up on Ron's site regularly. Gentlemen, with no reason to mention this site other than for it's quality razors, have a look, it may just surprise you.

I've bought a razor from him before and was very happy with it. Actually there was a bit of a mix up, the photos showed the razor with its matching box but when I received the package it had the razor but not the box. I checked the auction description and he actually didn't say that the box was included, there was just no mention of it. I sent him a message asking about the box pointing out that it had been in the photos and I assumed it would be included. It wasn't really a make-or-break issue with me but it's always nice to have the box if possible.

He messaged me back and said it was his mistake, he had meant to include it but since so many of the razors he sells don't have matching boxes he just forgot to include the one with my razor. He asked if he could send it in a few weeks because his nephew was going to NYC and he could mail it for much cheaper (I am in the US) than posting it from Australia. I had forgotten about it when about a month later I got a mysterious package in the mail and it was the box, took me a few seconds to remember why I got it!

    Gentlemen,

My Modoso 15/16 arrived earlier. It was as promised, in absolutely shave readiness. It's an enjoyable experience using the bigger heavy razor. I once again can say without question that rspe7027 lives up to it's advertising.

    Thanks fellas, Bob

    Nice razor!

I'm with you! Every time I use a light thin razor I cut myself.
    I prefer a heavy blade.
It's a dog eat dog world and I have on milk bone underwear.
