Thanked: 11Geneva are an American razor, NY, made till around the 30's then became Genco .. smooth shavers, try a search or look in the database..
Great shavers, I don't know what the 23 is, mine is like a 17, likely some date stamp I suspect

Thanked: 1I've searched it. Didn't find anything on their stamps. Found out that 7's are common.

AFAIK, Ontario was made by Geneva. As to the number in the pyramid, I think a date stamp. We have discussed it before, but no conclusion that I recall. Good hard steel!

I rest my case.

I have one of those as well, a 6/8 full-hollow spike point. It took some extensive restoration effort, but still functions very well. A good USA made straight and a long time favourite of mine.
