TBH, therein lies the description of what you actually have, Frank. The blade seems done. Nothing can substitute but a blade from Wostenholm with a Washington Works tang stamp. OR, at least a later Wostenholm blade.
THEN, there is an issue where the blades in these razors were not really wide. Say, 11/16 at tops, yet the blades were super-long. So. You either must source a blade or do what I did. Both are becoming increasingly difficult.
OR, Since the stamp is quite worn, you could try to sand off the stamp (unlikely!) and put most anything in.
Ivory is getting less popular (and I expect) somewhat less valuable in U.S. due to pending transit legislation. In NZ, I have no idea. Something to think about, I suppose! It still should be used as it exists, I think.
JMO"Don't be stubborn. You are missing out."
I rest my case.
