    It says ROB. HARIKOPF/ HAKIKOPF? GARANTIE SOLINGEN. I know its hard to see and its very faded and i can hardly read it but thats what i have

    Ernst Hartkopf . Solingen-Weyer name in 1925. Brand: 'Good Morning Sir' (1923). • E. & C. Hartkopf . Solingen names in 1932. Brand: 'Europe', 'Ever Clean', 'Hard Head "(1932). • Friedr. Hartkopf . Solingen 1922 • Gebr. Hartkopf . Founded in 1872 in Solingen 1922
    Nothing matches exactly, but this is all I could find. Could be a relative who was only in business for a short time. Time frame seems to fit...
