It says ROB. HARIKOPF/ HAKIKOPF? GARANTIE SOLINGEN. I know its hard to see and its very faded and i can hardly read it but thats what i have

Nothing matches exactly, but this is all I could find. Could be a relative who was only in business for a short time. Time frame seems to fit...Wullie likes this.
