Thanked: 0Is this a Dorko
Hello, Need some help, i have seen a straight razor that i am thinking of buying(Dorko) the scales have Dorko written on it but not on the tang as on other Dorko straights (i could be wrong), instead it has Solingen on 1 side with 3 crowns on the other side of the tang, i don't know what to make of it, is it a Dorko or not, i am looking to buy a Dorko straight, will be grateful for any help.
Thank You

All of them I've seen have Dorko on the tang!

I am sure that will take a edge but I am also pretty sure it's not a dorko.

Here is a post by Neil Miller, someone that knows his razors and manufacturers.
He says three large crowns in a row without another markings are made by Three Crowns in England.
Maybe???It's a dog eat dog world and I have on milk bone underwear.

Dorko has a different logo. It's definitely not a Dorko.

Have a look on that thread on german forum:
Rasiermesser Solingen - NassRasur.com-Forum
You'll have to translate though. According to them razor was made by Gebruder Korte.
