    If it is Solingen made it should be a quality blade so you should be good there. It could be that PLEEZAL is model name trade marked to a certain company. There is a list on the net of Solingen makers that also list the brand names they used to mark their razors with.

    Hoppe & Co. Solingen: Baumstrasse 36-38 in 1939. Brand names: 'Attache' (1901), 'Britoria' (1906), 'Calton' (1902), 'Elfin' (1902), 'Halma' (1897), 'Ludo' (1899), 'Miown' (1903), 'Our Defier' (1910), 'Parvus' (1908/9), 'Plee Z All' (1905), 'Vera' (1903).

    This is what I came up with.
