Thanked: 4828In most cases the answer is yes. Most of the people want the blades restored and scales are secondary. It would be tough to make a full judgement on your scales without some pictures of specifics on your scales. I suggest you email at least one of the guys and start a dialogue and exchange some pictures. It is one of those small working relationships. You may hit it off with the first guy you talk to. Everyone has lives and jobs outside of the hobby so some are more available than others. Talk to them and you will see where it will go.
