New used Blade- have a question
Picked up the following blade - marked:
M.JUNG
NEW YORK
M.I.GERMANY
No. 80
“Reg. US PAT OFF.”
Does anyone know if that notch is manufactured or just broke off - it seems like a clean edge not a snapped one.
It was only $5.00 so I figured it was worth it even if it was all broken.

Broke.
No big deal to have it shortened or rounded off.
Jung is a GOOD razor!

Oh, yeah... for $5, cut the end off, and you have an awesome razor! Looks like the scales need replacing too? Break on one end with some string around it? Also an easy fix.
You may have to invest another $50, but you'll have a really nice blade when all is said and done!Recovered Razor Addict

It can be shortened and the scales can be replaced. To be honest though(please don't take this the wrong way), you would be better off putting you're money into another razor instead of trying to rescue that one.
