    Default Razor Warranty Repair Timeline?

Anyone have any first-hand experience as to how long the time line is for a razor warranty repair?

I'm not in dire "straights" (oooh, bad pun) for a razor to use; I have a few others. But I am curious. This razor was a T-I that had a defective set of scales, so the repair was nothing more than that, just a re-scale job. The vendor (who has been very helpful with all this) sent it off to France the latter part of February, so figure about a month and a half.

Indeed business on the Continent runs at a different pace altogether. I just hope I get it back before their "holiday" (that's vacation to us here) season gets underway......

    Default

Razor has returned. Took about 2 months +/-

    Not too bad I suppose...

No, not bad at all. Closer inspection has shown the good folks at T-I did not repair my razor; they replaced it!! Brand new 1937 Special Coiffeur arrived in a factory sealed box. Excellent!!

Must say T-I bevels have a reputation of being a tad "inconsistent" for sure but this one was spot on; a near perfect grind. Thank you SRD....thank you T-I.
