    Default Find a rarity?

Have aquired a razor, the case says Wade and Butcher with the arrow mark etc and on one side of the tang it has an Auckland company name and on the other it has the same details as the case. I think this might be pretty rare?

Sounds like a Wade & Butcher razor made for this Auckland company. It was very common practice for razor co to make razor and stamp a company or supply or hardware store name on the other side. Since your from New Zealand that particular razor means a lot more to you, as far as rarity it might be, but more then likely a common Wade & Butcher razor. Picture are always welcome!

As Martin said, it was common for a razor maker to mark their product for someone else.
